We had a very pleasant stay at Phalarn inn. The common area where eating (food is delicious) and the swimming pool surrounded by luxuriant vegetation is really charming. Sugar is very kind, smiling and helpful for everything. Bungalows are clean and simple, which is okay for vacation time as we spend all the time out. I would recommend anyway the ones near the swimming pool, far from the taxi area of the pier situated behind. The location is good, at two teps from Mae Nam beach, quiet place far way from busy places, and near the pier where boats leave for Koh Phangan.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, it was the ideal spot to visit all major attractions in the area and the food was fine.

The "Fisherman's Village" is such a delightful place with its Mediterranean vibe. I had a mesmerizing panoramic view from "Wua Ta Lap Island". And wow, the gym offers Thai boxing lessons!

Not much to complain about, but let's just say the bus journey to southern destinations was quite the "adventure".
